What do you focus on? If you're like most people you focus on your weaknesses rather than your strengths. Stop thinking about your shortcomings. Focus on what you're good at instead.
If you need a skill that you don't yet have, take steps to learn how to do it well.
Start to believe that 'you can' and take steps to make your dream a possibility. Take your eyes off the obstacles. Take stock of your strengths.
What are you good at?
What works?
Plan to do more of what works. Play to your strengths and focus on what you can do.
