Focus On What You Do Want
Most people tend to focus on the things in life they DON'T want.
And guess what?
They keep getting MORE of the things they DON'T want.
Remember - "Where your attention goes, you go."
So make a real effort this week to focus on the positive - on the things you DO want.
At first, you might think focusing on the positive isn't causing any real changes in your life.
But that's because, even though you're starting to focus on the positive, you still allow little negative thoughts to creep into your brain, and these negative thoughts are still guiding you.
This week, try to become aware of any negative thoughts you might have and immediately change them to positive ones.
Do this all day, every day, for the entire week.
In only one week, you'll begin to see a BIG difference in your life.
So, try it!
