It's been a while

Where have I been?

I have been incredibly busy learning new skills, establishing my coaching business and adding more strings to my bow. Apologies for abandoning my blog. I'm back now and inspired to breathe new life into it.

I'm hardly the same person I was in the Autumn. It's surprising what a difference a few months and lots of targeted effort can make.

I have achieved all the goals I set myself and more. Many thanks go to the folks who have stood by me, supported me and cheered me on.
