How is your self esteem?
What do you really think of yourself?
Did you know that you are biased? Your view of yourself is shaped by your thoughts and beliefs. How you see yourself is not necessarily how other people see you.
If you dared to ask people you trust how they see you, and what they appreciate about you, you'd probably be surprised. I tried that a few months ago and was humbled by some of the responses. It inspired me to let go of some of my limiting beliefs and push out of my comfort zone.

It's time to start being kind to yourself and become your own cheerleader.
Begin by acknowledging your abilities and talents. Take stock of them. Include the 'little things', they count! Everybody is good at something. Don't skip this exercise, it really will encourage you.
Spend time thinking about all the things you do well and the things that have gone well. Look for things that make you feel good about yourself.
